Right now we are in pre-production and location scouting for a creative short film directed by Tom Shkolnik. The film is called The Women By The Lake. It is set in a wild, remote cottage, next to a lake. Last week we travelled to the highlands of Scotland to visit some of the locations that are on our shortlist. The landscape is truly stunning there, miles and miles of nature, mountains, lochs and even wild animals.

現在、IINO PRODUCTIONSロンドン在住メンバーであるジェレミー・ジョイスはトム・ショコルニク監督と短編映画制作をスタートし、ロケーション探しをはじめました。この映画のタイトルは「The Women By The Lake」。湖のそばの人里離れたコテージを舞台にしています。先週、候補地のいくつかをロケハンするため、スコットランドの高地を訪問。風景は本当に素晴らしく、何マイルも続く自然、山、湖、そして野生動物にも出会いました。

The location we are looking for needs to untouched by the modern world – because the film is set in 1918. So the challenge is to find a house which does not have modern interiors or exteriors, no roads nearby or electricity poles. We visited 5 locations and each were very special in their own way!

ロケハンでは、古い時代を感じる風景を探しました。 なぜなら、この映画の舞台は1918年だからです。モダンな内装や外観がなく、近くに道路や電柱がない家を見つけることが課題となりました。
最終的に5 カ所を訪問し、それぞれが特別な空間でした！
